Article Date: 4 March 2016
BlackAdda have teamed up with IHRA 400 Thunder Series & Willowbank Raceway to sponsor the Top Bike category at the Santo’s Super 3 Extreme event, to be held over the Easter weekend on 25th & 26th March 2016.
BlackAdda Director Matthew Richards said “we are delighted to be a part of this historic event, it has certainly become a feature of the circuit and we are honoured to be a part of it.
Since 2014 we’ve been involved as sponsors of Australia’s fastest Top Fuel Bike Nitro Voodoo. For us, it is a natural progression to sponsor the Top Bike category at such an event” Matthew went on to say.
Top Bike Rider and Nitro Voodoo Team Owner Chris Matheson said “BlackAdda produce a great safety product, every tradie should have on their ladder. The prize money, along with the trophies on offer are unprecedented in our category and a testament to the support from BlackAdda. This support will attract spectators and competitors to this major event in our National Championship Round”.
BlackAdda is an innovative ladder levelling stability product providing a solution to ladder safety, designed, developed and owned by Australian safety product inventors Andrew Richards & Jon Scott of Ozsafe Industries.
Falls from ladders accounted for the greatest number of fatalities in injuries related to falls from height. (Safe Work Australia report Work-related Injuries and Fatalities Involving a Fall from Height, Australia, October 2013).
400 Thunder CEO Maurice Allen said “given our high priority on safety, it is fitting a leading safety product is associated with our Championship Series. The support from BlackAdda is great news and will attract plenty of interest in the Top Bike Category, it will be an exciting race meeting”.
