Ticket Buying Instructions: 4-Day Camping Pass
Welcome to the Winternationals Camp Ground! Enhance your experience at the Gulf Western Oil Winternationals 2025 by staying close to the action. Camping is available exclusively for patrons with 4-Day Admission tickets and is perfect for those bringing tents, camper trailers, or vans.
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
To book a 4-Day Camping Pass, you must have or purchase a 4-Day General Admission (GA) ticket. The camping option is exclusively for patrons with 4-Day Admission.
Step 2: Select Your Campsite
Choose your preferred campsite for the event. Campsites are available for four nights, with:
- Check-in: Starting from 1:00 PM Wednesday 4th June.
- Check-out: By 10 AM Monday, June 9th.
How to Select a Campsite:
- View the available campsite options on the map.
- Click on your preferred campsite to make your selection.
- Once selected, click Continue to proceed.
This selection secures your campsite(s) only.
Step 3: Purchase Your 4-Day General Admission Ticket
After selecting your campsite, click Continue to purchase your 4-Day GA Entry Ticket. This ticket grants you access to the event grounds for all four days.
Important: You must have a valid 4-Day GA ticket to enter the venue and access the campground.
Step 4: (Optional) Add Reserved Seating
Enhance your experience by adding Reserved Grandstand Seating to your 4-Day GA ticket. Reserved seating ensures you have a dedicated seat in the grandstands, providing comfort and flexibility throughout the event.
How to Add Reserved Seating:
- After purchasing your GA ticket, click Continue to select your reserved seating options for each day.
Important Notes:
- Camping is available only for patrons with 4-Day GA tickets.
- Your camping selection does not include entry to the event. A separate 4-Day GA ticket is required.
- Reserved seating is optional but highly recommended for the best event experience.
